FACIALS
All facial clients must fill out the facial consent form for their first treatment at Studio28. It is linked here and also in your confirmation email.
- If you are sick, feel sick, or have been around anyone who has recently been sick, please notify me immediately so we can reschedule your appointment.
- Please also notify me to reschedule ASAP if you are experiencing sunburn, windburn, open wounds, or active cold sores/fever blisters.
- Discontinue use of retinol and retinoids at least 7 days prior to your appointment.
- Wait 2 weeks to receive a facial after receiving a permanent makeup service. You may receive a facial one week prior to your PMU appointment.
- Wait 2 weeks to receive a facial after getting dermal fillers or Botox. You may receive a facial the same day so long as it is scheduled before your filler/Botox appointment.
- Discontinue the use of exfoliating products such as salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid and other AHAβs/BHAβs 2-3 days prior to your appointment.
- I recommend waiting 24 hours after your facial to do any type of exercise, 1 week after a face chemical peel, and 2 weeks after a body peel.
- No waxing or shaving your face 2 days before and after your facial treatment
- Wait 6-12 months after receiving Accutane, laser/cosmetic surgery, radiation or chemotherapy
LASH LIFTS & BROW LAMINATIONS
Lash Lifts
- Do not consume caffeine prior to your appointment.
- Please arrive with uncurled, clean lashes. Makeup remover will be provided if you are wearing eye makeup.
- Remove contact lenses prior to your appointment and bring contact solution if necessary.
- Note that you may not wet or wear eye makeup for 24 hours following the service. Plan accordingly.
Brow Laminations | Waxing
- Do not trim, tweeze, wax, or thread brows for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment as brow shaping/waxing is included in your service.
- Please arrive with clean brows. Makeup remover will be provided if your brows have any product on them.
- Note that you may not wet or wear any product on your brows for 24 hours following the service. Plan accordingly.
- Wait 6-12 months after receiving Accutane, laser/cosmetic surgery, radiation or chemotherapy
POLICIES
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments except for waxing services which only require a card on file. This deposit will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment through cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card.
Clients must reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment time. Any changes must be made through your confirmation email. Any changes made less than 48 hours in advance will result in your deposit being forfeited. Rescheduling in this case will require a new deposit.
Deposits may be transferred up to 2 rescheduled appointments. Appointments rescheduled more than twice will require a new $50 deposit. The original deposit will be forfeited.
There is a 10-minute late grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled or canceled. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
